Tipping (Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique)

Is a tip expected at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique just like any normal hair salon? If so, what is decent?

Last year a couple CMs painted our kids faces for free around 7pm because they were so bored.They refused a tip so I wonder how the boutique works.

Not quite sure we could swing the smallest package anyway but any extra $ on top would give me the final answer.

I don't think they are allowed to accept tips.

I was told by a cast member that they are not allowed to accept tips, I wanted to tip and was politely turned down.
