Disney Visa Card Free Dining

I understand that DVC members can not use the promotion for free dining. Does this also go for the Disney Visa Card Free Dining that was being offered before the free dining promo was extended? Thanks :)

I am pretty sure we don't qualify for any "free" dinning packages. We already get a lot of other discounts and perks that non DVCer's don't.
