Is the name GO for go network?

cetrata, the answer (and some other discussion) was in spoiler boxes in posts earlier in the thread.
To read spoiler text, just highlight the box with your mouse cursor. Also, on internet explorer, you can triple click in the box, and it will all 'appear'.
Click here (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/showthread.php?t=11769) for the FAQ about spoilers, that includes one method on adding them yourself.

Since I still can't open quest 2 (blank page is all that displays) and consequently can't determine the correct answer without being able to read the question, can I have the answer so I an at least play quest 3? When I click the link for quest 3 I do get the password question but the answer in the previous spoilers doesn't work - says invalid password.
The link to the Quest #2 answer key is here:

The answer in the spoiler box above is correct, and I just tested it again to make sure it works. Make sure you enter the word in lower case - if you enter upper case, you'll receive an error box advising you to try again after turning off your CAPS lock.
Terry, you should PM Joe (movieboy) directly so he can help troubleshoot the Quest #2 problem you're having.

Hello all,
Are there two errors in Quest #3 because for A8 (Wilderness) I get an E should it be A7 instead? Also for D5 (Twilight) I get an I. Should it be D2? Or am I using a different source then what was designed in the puzzle?
Thanks,
Music Man

No errors in the quest. Double check your answers, looks like you have a couple wrong.

Music Man- what you're seeing is EXACTLY why I think it's great that they're doing this warmup for people who haven't played before.
For A, I will give you a hint: Read all the words in the 'question'.
"Read everything, assume nothing" is an ongoing theme with MouseAdventure - your response to A is 'proof' that this is a VERY good thing to keep in mind during the event!

Drince and all,
You are right I failed to read everything. However I am a little frustrated on statement D's answer, the first word of the title should be capitalized which it is not in the article (twice). Yet in the customized park map of the WDW resort that can be bought it is capitalized. This is way I asked if it was D2.
By the way where is the park maps found on MousePlanet. I found a link directing me off of MousePlanet, but that would be outside the perimeters of the Quest. It would be the same as using an Electronic Device or asking a Cast Member for help during the game and that is a No-No. Further more the Park Guide for DHS does not have the necessary first word in the title to solve this quest correctly.
*Conspiracy Theory*;)
Maybe, just Maybe, I have stumbled onto the start of the infamous Hidden Quest. Entitled: Missing Words. Now that I think about it, isn't the Coaster next to The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in the Park Guide missing Starring Aerosmith. Yep, I believe I am on to something.;)
Oh well can't wait until next week's comes out.
Thanks,
Music Man

I think you're right on the conspiracy! If I go to the MousePlanet page about the D attraction, here (http://www.mouseplanet.com/guide.php?pg=BEE102)the initial word is not listed on the title.
The same word caused me major issues on a real MA quest a few years back - and that one we were NOT able to figure out the error from context. Very frustrating.

The answer to the question, "Who directed Finding Neverland" is Marc Forster.

For someone who doesn't watch many movies - that one was hard.
I was able to figure it out without one of the names filled in so...
What movie was "Will" in? His caption is "Wonder what their football team was like?"

Thank you, Ma'am and at least it wasn't a recent movie - or one that I recall hearing of, let alone watching!

I spent the afternoon at Hollywood Studios with part of my team and we tried to master our first mini-quest...we got everything but "G." We searched until the park closed to find this one and are wondering if this is something that has been changed since this quest was created.
Once we answered everything else and used the leftover letters, we came up with Citizen Kane and could still not find that! Are we totally off??

G was the movie posters on the cinema. Citizen Kane was the missing one. They may have been changed recently, but I'd be surprised since they have been there for quite some time.

The posters that are there are "Angels with Dirty Faces," Broadway Melody of 1940," "Abbott and Costello Meet Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde," and "Rebecca." When we got home, we looked up pictures of the "cinema" and the store, Legends. It looks like those posters have been there for quite some time, although they are changed order. Well, now I know it wasn't something that we missed. BUT since we were not sure, we missed looking for the final answer which started with SIP or SLIP (if the misspelling of "carefull" in the description was something meant to throw us off)!

Interesting. They must have some strange rotation on the posters. My photos from the last two trips matched so I assumed that they were always the same. You should have 4 letters left over when you are done. The typo is just a typo and is not part of the quest. Answers will be posted tomorrow.

Is the division supposed to come out to a whole number?
Also, did I miss the link to the solution to the in-the-park quest?

44
Is the division supposed to come out to a whole number? No, but the answer is a whole number.
Also, did I miss the link to the solution to the in-the-park quest? I think Joe is going to publish those all at the end.
44 You are correct, sir!

If I did my math right, and based on AVP's response to my question and Terry's correct answer - I have a question on the English of the question. It says "...determine how many complete circuits of the Magic Kingdom your friends will need to make to equal your mileage." (Bolding mine) If they do 44 circuits, at 1.5 miles per circuit, that EQUALS 66 miles, and by my math, the running was only 64.8 miles - so 44 complete circuits doesn't EQUAL what I did, it EXCEEDS it.
Am I getting to literal in my 'read everything'?:geek:

When doing the math mine comes out to just over 43. So that's my answer I am going with

I am enjoying these quests, just starting on them today. Since I already did the first quest when it was part of a past event, and I live in Bakersfield not planning a trip to DL until next month, I figured it was ok to guess so I could get quest #2. (My sister and I, Fluted-Tube Pan, will be there with our mom next month so she can see what it's like to solve an MA quest.) I was a little worried with quest #2 until I figured out I was turning the puzzle the wrong way. Once I figured that out, I fishished fairly quickly. Quest #3 got me at first also. I knew I had the first word at the bottom right, but the second one didn't make sense until I corrected my answer for statement A and realized I didn't have the entire answer for statement D. Quest #4 was one of my favorite kinds of quests. I only had 6 of the names in the correct spot before I started solving it. In many quests, Peter's Pans only solve half of the puzzle before we try going at it backwards to find the answer. I still don't know where the rest of the names I found go or what the last one is. Quest #5 I probably won't ever have a chance to solve since I have no plans of going to Hollywood Studios, although I'd like to. Quest #6 I did the first time, checked my answer and figured out I was a little off. I went back to check my answer and got a different one, but still not the same as what was counted as "correct." My answer agreed with RockDoc07 and Drince88. I guess we were supposed to round up instead of counting just the complete circuits.
I can't wait for the next quest. I was glad there's another prize besides a MousePlanet cap since I already got one for our 2nd place at the Spring MA.
Thanks for putting these together!!
