Youth in Education Series - Disney staff lead youth on an academic journey through the parks to teach one of five different units of study. This can be reserved through a school or educational group.

The homeschool conference has blocked out all the YES classes for Sept. 14, 15, 16, 2009. This is their 3rd year doing these classes, with much success. First year doing a full blown conference though :) If you want to join them, check out their website, download the info packet, and get your classes reserved:
www.southwest-home-education.com

Membership in the org. is not required.

I'm coming out with the homeschool group in September, and need to put together a packet to hand out to conference attendees of things they can add to their unit studies around the DLR. Any ideas?

We already have the YES class info, just thought there might be more to go on.

Hi Dianne,
I was wondering about the YES program, I sent an email listed on the website for the homeschool conference, but haven't received a response yet. I am considering signing my daughter up for a YES class on the 14th. I would also be interested in attending as a chaperone, would I have to purchase a YES ticket as well for myself?
Thanks!

Hello Rose - I answered you privately as well - but everyone who is in the class must have a YES pass - the classes move from attraction to attraction, and they need to know ahead of time to reserve seating how many people are pre-registered.
