Another MousePlanet reader has told us that they are once again allowing passengers to board the ship, and it appears that the black van has been towed. We'll have more information and photos from the scene later today. According to Mike Demo, the Port Authority said that the ship will sail at 5:00 as originally planned.

I was on the Wonder as part of the same group as Mike. We were having a tour of the ship and lunch. Our group was held on the ship until the all-clear was given. At that time, the multiple Disney buses carrying passengers bound for the ship were allowed to come to the terminal and begin boarding. As our bus left the port, everything seemed back to business

The really traumatic part was having to get off the ship and not be able to sail away after touring the ship.

We have received a brief statement from Disney Cruise Line spokesperson Christi Erwin Donnan:

The situation has been resolved and we expect to sail as scheduled today.

Here are a couple of photos that Mike took of the incident scene with his cell phone camera:

In addition, one of his updates came through to me via text message instead of by Twitter. It came in during the first three tweets listed above.

Black van with temp tags been stopped by a bomb squad dog, all roads closed huge line of buses and bomb squad showed up. Made ship announcement, watching now.
