Hi All,

Has anyone here successfully used the Photo Pass website on a Mac? I looked at their help section and my computer meets their requirements (OS X 10.3+, Safari, Flash 8.0+) but none of our photos are showing up in the account. All I am seeing are empty placeholders where each photo should be. I am on a G4 rather than an Intel Mac but I wouldn't expect that to make a difference.

it should work. I have three macs and they all work fine.

I've used the photo pass on non intel and intel and they work the same.

Try using a different browser such as firefox to see if that helps...

I've never had any problem on either of our Macs. When all else fails for most web sites, I try the dreaded IE but I'm sure I used either Firefox or Safari with our pictures last year without problems.

Are you uploading your own photos? If so, they will appear in a different file and depending on if you're working on a project, like a book, you'll have to select that area where the photos were uploaded to.

No problem here. What happens when you enter the pass?

Hmmmm. They seem to be working now after being away from my computer, having closed browser windows and logging back into the site. Thanks for confirming that it should have worked!

BTW, Malcon10t, I saw someone with a black puppy in a cape on our trip and thought of you. :)
