Hey all! Does anyone have a recent picture of a rented double stroller?? Or where I can find one?

Thanks!

I don't have any pictures - but they're hard molded plastic with a sun shade. Was there something specific you were interested in knowing about them?

Thanks Drince! Just wanted to make sure they were big enough for an almost 5 year old and an almost 3 year old. Also wanted to know about the storage capacity.

Almost 3? You just had her yesterday! :p

*waving* at Disneynerd. . . sorry, carry on. I haven't been to WDW so can't help on the stroller.

It think they have a little pouch on the back for storage - but I'm not even sure of that - I think I'm safe in saying it's minimal.

If it's a big-ish 5 year old, there might be issues with leg room, but probably not backside room.

I'd seriously consider www.orlandostrollerrentals.com for those ages - if you think the 5 year old will need it much.

I went looking through my old pictures and apparently never took a picture of the kids in the double stroller.

Last time we went I only had 4 kids so the baby was in an umbrella stroller but we had rented a double for the twins who were 3 at the time. They both fit in it fine and my 4 year old sat criss cross applesauce in front of it as well. It had a section that kind of stuck out in front for their legs and he fit on it just fine. I think it will be pleanty big for the two of them.

I am pretty sure that you would be OK. My boys were like 5 and 4 and sat in there OK. I would however bring something softer( you could use your jackets or Sweatshirts if you would be bringing them into the park for the day) for them to sit on or incase one wants to curl up and sleep, which happened a couple of times while we were at DL in the evening. They did not look very comfy but they didn't seem to mind.

I found a picture of a double stroller from the Magic Kingdom. They are the same in each park, only the colors vary. There isn't much storage at all, but we put out bags on the open sun shade and since the kids in my stroller were young (3 and 5) it didn't bother them at all. It might is the child in the stroller was taller. I hope the insert a picture works, if not this is the link to the picture. http://www.allears.net/tp/mk/mk_stro2.jpg

I wholeheartedly second this idea. Those WDW strollers look SO very uncomfortable. The ones from Orlando Stroller Rental are splendid (rented a single stroller from them in March -- came home and bought the same model). Our little girl turned 5 during our trip & was very comfortable in the stroller we rented. The back reclines flat, which makes falling asleep much more comfy. There is an adjustable sun/rain shade, and panels you can either have open (for a breeze) or closed (to keep the wind out) depending on temperature. They're really easy to push around, too.

Oh -- and there's a pouch on the back of the stroller for lightweight items, as well as a sizable storage pouch under the seats.
