I just took a trip with my 10-year-old son to WDW, and happened upon a fun way to include folks back home in our trip.
We bought postcards with pictures of attractions that we wanted to do, or characters that we thought we would see. For the character postcards, we got autographs of the characters on the postcards, and either mailed the cards to ourselves back home or to people we knew were especially fond of the character.
With the attraction postcards, we used a Polaroid I-Zone camera to take a picture of one of us at the attraction. (The I-Zone takes pictures the size of a postage stamp, and we had film that had sticky-tape on the back. No, I don't work for Polaroid...) We then stuck the little picture on the postcard and mailed it home or to a friend.
We had a real blast doing this - I recommend it to others!!
