I have been having a bit of trouble with my mail box and private messaging.
I received an email twice today saying my mail box was full and to delete messages to make room for more. I've done so, and received one message, and now says I'm full again. Do I need to delete my sent file as well? How do I do that?

When you are looking at your PMs, there are two drop-down boxes up towards the top of the window.

One says "Show Messages From" and the other says "Jump to Folder". In the first one, set "Show Messages From" to "from the beginning" to make sure you have cleaned out the early stuff. If you have, in fact, done so, then set the "Jump fo Folder" drop-down to "Sent Items" and clean that out as well using the check-boxes and Delete Items button.

Whoa, I think that was the problem--

How come when I delete a message "from the beginning" it deletes it then jumps back to "last 10 days?" What a pain. There must be a faster way to delete.

I received a "Full" notice and cleaned things out. My question is, how much space is each user allowed and do we know when we getting close to full?

It isn't necessarily a matter of size. You are allowed to have a maximum of 70 saved messages. This includes your Sent box.
