Well the Lost Falls Expedition did not want to be a bitter west coast team so we are going to start scavenging for aluminum cans or practice hitch hiking we can get to Florida to participate in this inaugural event!

should now read:
Simba's Pride (*Nala*, simba0614, gdanie, and future member of the pride arriving 19 Jan)
Be very afraid of the Pride on Wheels ('cause that's where Nala will be in November . . .)

Before anyone else says it, yes I know I'm nuts... one of the first questions I asked my doctor was what's the latest I can travel? The answer was 32 weeks and I'll be 30 weeks at MA. Yay!!
Oswald Returns, you'll have to give us some advice on playing MA with a wheelchair. Though I think we might actually move faster since I am the slowest of the team on foot.... :~D

Don't forget that if you are going to D23, you can pick up a special MouseAdventure: D23 edition from the MousePlanet booth. There is a different one each day. Collect em all -- trade em with your friends. ;)

Hidey Ho - while at D23 Expo, Joe did his best salesmanship job of selling me on the idea of trying to find a team to hook up with for MA in Epcot. I have the time, flights are cheap, can get an AP room... but since I'm just one person, I can't be a team all by myself.
I did a miniMA last MouseFest & I'm doing the Reindeer Games in Dec (disnoid duo), but would love to cut my teeth on this one!
Ideas anyone???

Sadness at this thought this morning. I was under the assumption that a player could be added to a registered team & after reading "the rules" one can not be added. And a team is 2 people minimum. Therefore, my desire to play, means that I'd have to find/locate a 2nd person to be a 2 person team & register before Sept 30th when registration closes. Seems unlikely that this will happen. So, all you lucky players, I shall be rooting for you from Oregon. Have a blast.
Also WDW just released a great buy 4 get 7 or buy 5 get 7 package. Dates cover the Nov 14th timeframe. Check it out.

ok, after moping around all morning, I begged, pleaded, and eventually bribed byron to join me as a team for this event. registration completed, hotel reserved, one air ticket bought, list is getting shorter. please add our team - hidden mickeys - to the team list. christina/disnoid & byron/superbee. can't wait!!!
