Ok, another quick question: I want to DL tomorrow morning just to grab my bday thing. I have a pass, and it's NOT a blockout day tomorrow, so I want to get the fun card for my next visit. However, I don't want to pay $12 for parking, grab my fun card in 15 minutes, then leave. I know there is that side "drop off" parking lot, can I just park there while I go grab it? Is it 10 or 15 minute parking?

Use the DTD parking, 3 hours free, 5 if you get validated! That's what I had my niece do when she went to pick up hers. She's not blocked but didn't want to pay 12 dollars when she can't stay and play.

There is "15-minute parking" at a smallish lot just off Harbor on the Disneyland side. (You can see it here (http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Anaheim&state=CA&address=1600+Harbor+Blvd#a/maps/l::1600+S+Harbor+Blvd:Anaheim:CA:92802-2314:US:33.808704:-117.915253:address:Orange+County:1/m:hyb:12:33.808704:-117.915253:0:::::/io:0:::::f:EN:M:/e). You may have to zoom in.)

You can't park there for long, but I've been there for an hour without any hassle.

About the lot on Harbor.. One night over Christmas/New Years week, as we were leaving about 945p, there were tow trucks there towing out cars that had been there over the limit. My guess is people had parked there for fireworks, and weren't going to be happy when they came back.

I doubt there would be a problem in the morning, but I wouldn't push the time limit. Personally, I'd use the DTD lot, as I think you are supposed to stay with the car in the Harbor lot (it is designated "Drop off/pick up".)

To get to the DTD lot, follow the signs to M&Fs, then turn where it says DTD. The entrance from the lot to DTD is by the ESPN Zone.

Be sure not to park there for a long time during the fireworks.

It's short-term parking. Don't abuse it and you should be fine.

Yay I got my funcard yesterday!! I was a little scared to drive there all by myself, then find my way back to the 5, but I did it! I bought a DL blanket and a Mary Poppins mug. So fun! Nothin like being at DL on your birthday. :p

Don't you have to use the card ON your birthday?

I parked in the DTD parking lot.

And you do not HAVE to use the card on your BDay.
