Tusker or Yak and Yeti?

I despise buffets, so Yak and Yeti. Just ate there a couple of days ago and it was yummy. Had the cream cheese wanton things for dessert - REALLY good. And the fried green beans for app. I had the Mahi Mahi entree and my sister had the chicken, and both were good. Her Bloody Mary was perfectly spiced, too.

We didn't try Tusker House on our last trip, but we did eat at Yak & Yeti and really enjoyed it.

The portions were very large and everything was fresh and delicious. The fried green beans were a great appetizer. DH had the crispy honey chicken and I tried the dim sum basket. Both were terrific. For dessert we shared the sorbet trio, which was a perfect light ending to lunch. Everything was excellent.

I would definitely go back. I'm sure you'd love it - there's a ton to choose from.

I dislike buffets too.....so Y&Y.

Haven't been to Y+Y but did have a less than great experience at Tusker House for lunch. To add some balance, my BF raves about it though.

I have eaten at both and prefer Yak and Yeti. Tusker House was okay (and had lots of vegeterian options) but like everyone mentioned- it's a buffet and I prefer sit down meals.

We did Tusker for breakfast last December and it was really good. Never have done Yak and Yeti.
