Just want to get some insight regarding visiting DWR during Feb 15 -23, 2009. I understand it is peak time...just wondering what to expect and any crowd tips? Traveling with wife and two kids 11 and 7. Also, kids would love to got to Blizzard Beach, just not sure what we should expect...is BB even open, is it warm enough?
Note: planning on stay off site (Mike Ditka Resort) and renting a car.

I think that is around presidents weekend, which is usually pretty crowded. Also keep in mind that Feb. 15, 2009 is the Daytona 500 for Nascar and it draws a huge crowd as well.

We will be there from the 17th to the 24th.
