So, I tried to do a search to find this, but didn't come up with much. Can anyone tell me what their approximate cost has been for dinner for two at Victoria and Alberts (all in, tax, tip etc.)? And, is it worth it? I keep hearing it is crazy expensive but I know that is a relatively subjective term. i am just wondering if this is something we have to wait for a noble prize for (ha, ha) or whether it is managable, and also if it is worth it! thanks

V&A's (http://www.mouseplanet.com/guide.php?pg=BLN405) is a prix-fixe meal, I think $125 each not including wine or alcoholic beverages.

I know you mentioned that it is a dinner for two, so this doesn't apply to you, but I did want to say that there's no kids allowed anymore (under 10, I think??)....Just for others' info....

If you do it without the wine pairings and add 20% tip, including tax your bill will be around $315. If you do the wine pairings for both of you it will bring the total up to about $470. It may be a good idea to split the wine pairings if you take them.

Note that if you have the Dining in Wonderland card (formerly DDE) yoou will save abvout $50 without the wine or about $80 with the wine.

Here is a menu (http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=27261608&postcount=5) from July as an example.
