I'm trying to figure out an easy way to compare the least expensive time to travel. If our dates can be pretty open & we want to compare several motels then what is the best option?

We are going in Dec. & we usually stay 7 nights at the BWPPI. We will upgrade to a deluxe annual pass. I am aware of the blackout dates. But since we will have that AP we are now looking into shorter trips-like 3 nights. Since our schedule allows us to go whenever the parks are not busy I would like to find the least time consuming way of comparing other motels while also comparing various dates. Is this possible somewhere?

I want to stay away from holidays, weekends, spring break, etc. We're willing to branch out to other motels for those shorter trips to save money & I'm tired of checking each hotels website & checking various days between March & May. Any advice?

Use a good travel agent, if you have AAA they have travel agents available to their members at no cost.

Expedia has an "are your dates flexible?" option where you can see rates two months at a time. Just click on the more lodging info link and then the tab where it says room and rates. The days of high and low aren't all the same for all hotels, but I look at the trends. I sometimes use that as place to start and then go from there.
