Has anyone ever stayed in the Alligator Bayou with 5 people. Even though my 5th person is an adult she is under 5 feet tall. Will CRO let me have that many people in the room? Will they charge 15.00 for that person plus the 15.00 for the trundle bed? I am trying to get a ballpark figure on the rate per night. Thanks for all your help!!!:):):)

I believe the trundle is for kids 3-9, you might get away with a short pre-teen, but not an adult. The extra adult charge is separate from the trundle bed charge.
If this is for your mom, that you mentioned in another thread, would she really want to share a room, and a bathroom, with the family? Would it be worth everyone's peace and quiet just to get her a separate room? I know that is costly, but you could get 2 All Star rooms, and she'd have some privacy.
I'm taking my 79 year old mom for her first time first week in Dec this year, and I just bit the bullet and got a separate room. She would not be comfortable sharing with even just me and my husband.
They would not allow that, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
Another moderate option is to get a junior suite at Coronado Springs resort. Those sleep up to 6 people, there is a nice sitting area, there are 2 bathrooms, a wet bar, a nice desk -- think about it. :)

I called CRO today and they will let 5 adults in one room in the Alligator Bayou. I also checked on the Jr Suite @ Coronado Springs. Do they offer any discounts on those rooms when they give codes out? What about Disney club members? I think we will probably opt for 2 rooms @ POR unless I get a good rate @ CS in a Jr Suite. Thanks to everyone who has given input.:):)

I stayed with 5 ppl over the age of 13. My 5 ft tall sister fit and it wasnt that bad. It was a little crowded but not much. The rooms were really nice.
