I'm a little confused. I thought if you stayed at one of the 3 DRH, you received an unlimited Fast Pass. Is this true? Or do you have to buy a package?
Not sure where I got this info....
Help please, we are going Thanksgiving week, I'm sure we will need fast passes, unless the high cost of gas, continue's to slow guests down.
Thanks for your help.

You get to go to all availabe early entry as hotel guest. Fast pass will be limited by the normal standards everyone enjoys. every two hours, or when your window comes open. Can get not connected ones too so in theory if you collect all yu can all day you will have pretty much unlimted to use by night time. (That is if you collect them all day and no use them untl night)

Unlimited (or Enhanced) FP used to be offered through AAA, but they did away with it years ago. Through Dec 2008 you have the opportunity to win Dream FPs in the Year of A Million Dreams, which is basically one FP for each ride that utilizes FP.

As the above poster mentioned, you do get entry to all Magical Mornings (one hour early into the parks on Sun, Tues, Thurs and Sat) as a guest of the DLR hotels.

Thanks! As a DRH guest, do we still have to wait until the time on the first fast pass comes, to get another one? Just like any other guest?

I'm sorry for the cofusion, it's been a few years since we've been to the parks, and we've never stayed at a Disney Hotel.

Yes, all guests, regardless where they stay, get treated the same when dealing with the Fastpass system.

Years ago, there was a special benefit if you bought a vacation package from AAA and stayed in a Disney owned hotel, but that has been discontinued.

Currently, Disney is having a random sweepstakes called the "Year of a Million Dreams", and everyday, some lucky random people are handed a special "Dream" Fastpass that works a bit differently than the regular system, but the chance of winning is totally random, groups of Cast Members are sent out by a computerized system that will have them hand out a batch of these special Dream Fastpasses in the morning hours all around the parks. It makes no difference where you stay, just that you are in the right place at the right early that day.
