Is there a direct route from the Polynesian to Wilderness Lodge? Or do I have to tranfer and where do I do it?

The easiest, and most fun way is to go by boat. You can take the monorail from the Poly to the MK, and the boat dock is close to where you exit the monorail. You could also get a bus from the MK to the WL (to get to the bus stops from the monorail station, keep walking toward the Contemporary, and there are signs), but the boat ride is more enjoyable. If you have a restaurant AR, I would leave the Poly about an hour ahead of time, in case you have to wait for the boat.
