I have a 9 month old that does not love baby food. We are staying at the Grand Californian. Are there restaurants that offer baby type meals?

Are there restaurants that offer baby type meals? I know that in the parks, I have seen and ordered toddler meals that are small portions (maybe half cup) of mac & cheese or chicken & rice. The chicken is in VERY small pieces, and the spices are very mild. They come with applesauce and milk, and are under $3. VickiC 06-06-2008, 09:39 AM My kids never ate baby food. At that age I would just cut up whatever I was having into very small pieces and give it to them. Pretty much what people did for all those years before baby food was invented. If I was ordering something where I knew they wouldn't like anything on my plate I might order a side of a veggie or cottage cheese, there's usually something on the menu, or bring along an applesauce or something like that. Remeber at 9 months old they are still getting the vast majority of their calories and nutrition from formula or from mom, so food is really just a supplement and practice for the future thing. |
