We are looking at 3 options here, and I wonder if anyone knows a better deal or discount available than the ones I am finding. We will be arriving one evening, staying 2 full days, then part of the next day - paying for a length-of-stay pass as onsite resort guests wouldn't make sense ($120 per person for 4 days).

The 5-consecutive-day pass is $89.95 on an internet special. No discounts on food or merchandise.

The Annual "Power Pass" is $99.95. No discounts on food or merchandise. If by some chance we were to come back within a year, not on blackout dates, we would be covered.

Their premium annual pass is $159, and includes 10-30% discounts on food, merchandise, future lodging (no availability on the dates we want), City Walk features, special events, free self-parking.

Their 2-day, 3rd-day-free pass is $99.95, forget that.

Does anyone know a better $$ option than the 5-day passes or power pass?

Hmmmm.... do you have a link to that? Are you sure it is for Universal Studios IOA in Florida? I couldn't find it - I may have to call them.

It's here in Illinois, and I believe the rest of the country. we just got ours for when we will be there at the end of the month.

it is not advertised, what it really is buy a two day ticket for $66 and get a third day free.

Shoot... they aren't offering it on the website for the CSAA (our version of AAA). Guess I have to head over to the office!

Thanks!

They don't sell that ticket here in California at the AAA office, only the USH tickets. Oh well!

Now see, if we go for the annual pass option, it will be an excuse to come back within a year.... :D

AAA Southern New England doesn't have the deal, either. Hmmm...I have a friend in Chicago...I wonder if she feels like going to Orlando in December ;)

What about calling the AAA office in Orlando to see if they offer that deal and for how long it will be offered, you could pick your tickets up there. Also Mousesavers.com has a phone number for the Walmart in Kiss. Fla. their prices are always cheaper than AAA. The only catch is that you have to go pick them up. Back in July Sea World was offering 2 days for the price of 1 and the Walmart had those tickets AAA said they didn't. Hope this helps.

just checked with AAA Illinois today when I picked up our travelers checks. the promotion is called play like a child, pay as a child. they still have plenty of tickets.
I was wrong about the price though, it is $88 for a three day ticket. what that amounts to is the cost of a two day childs ticket and you get a three day adult park hopper ticket.
