Happy Birthday! kikid 05-18-2008, 05:42 AM I was wondering if anyone with my birthday was planning on going to DLR this Sunday? Dont' forget your Happy Birthday button from City Hall! Have a wonderful, magical Birthday!!:D Doug 05-18-2008, 08:16 AM I have no one to go with.... so, instead of trying to go to "the happiest place on earth" alone, on my birthday (it's lonely enough when it's not your birthday!)... I thought about seeing if people with May 18th birthdays would like to meet up, imagine 20 people with birthday buttons on ... would that make it more likely, or less likely go get special treatment at DLR? Hmm... would not be to bad to die in Disneyland on ones birthday... hmm.. pixar 05-18-2008, 09:20 AM I have no one to go with.... so, instead of trying to go to "the happiest place on earth" alone, on my birthday (it's lonely enough when it's not your birthday!)... Doug 05-28-2008, 06:44 AM Anyone go after their birthday, and still get a sticker? yohomama212 05-29-2008, 08:41 AM We almost never get the chance to go on the exact day for the kids' birthdays so what we do it pick the day closest to their birthday when we would be there (we're there a couple times a month) and tell the folks at City Hall that we're celebrating their bday that day. It's a little trick I picked up here on the 'Pad! Elizabeth codewoman 05-30-2008, 12:28 PM We celebrated my son's birthday and mine on the same trip. His is in May, and mine was during the trip -- in October! He explained to almost everyone who wished him Happy Birthday that "This is not really my birthday but we're on this trip to celebrate my birthday because I turned seven and I didn't even get to have a party." Always met with smiles and congratulations. |
