I won this hotel through Priceline for our upcoming trip and I have never stayed there. I looked at the reviews, which look great, but the most recent review was from 2006. It is pretty far, but that's not such a big deal for this trip... but I have a couple of questions, probably more to come!

Do they have a free shuttle to DLR? If so, is it their own or shared and how is the timing?

Is there free internet? If not, how much is it?

Anything else I should know about this hotel?

Hasn't anyone stayed there recently? Is it too far away???

I'm thinking it is probably near the Hyatt Regency Orange County down on Harbor & Chapman and we've stayed there plenty of times - since their shuttle is good the distance is no problem. I would really, really prefer not to have to drive back and forth each day so I'm really hoping the DoubleTree has their own free shuttle.

I last stayed there several years ago. At the time, they had their own shuttle with friendly, helpful drivers. No idea on the internet connection -- I know they have it, but not sure on the cost. Sorry I couldn't give you more recent info -- it is a very nice property (the cookies are always good) and while I prefer to stay closer to the Park, my husband enjoys the DTree very much. I'm sure if you give them a call they can give you the info you need.
