Hello- We will be needing a one day ticket to go into the Magic Kingdom. I tried to purchase one at the Disney Store in my local mall (which is closing by the way, along with 89 others according to the manager) and was told they only sell 3 day tickets and up. The manager said I will need to purchase the tickets at the gate the morning of. We were hoping to get there early with ticket in hand.

Do any of you know of where we might be able to get a 1 day ticket ahead of time? And if not, do you know what time the ticket booths open? Do they generally open before the park? We don't want to waste any precious time!

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

You can get a one day ticket at the parks and yes, they open before the gates do.
I dont think you can purchase a 1 day ticket ahead of time from any outlet.

I know we will have at least one window open an hour before park opening. Also there are Ticket Vending Machines which will accept credit and debit cards.

Normally the ourside dealers/wholesalers do not carry one or tewo day tickets since Disney does not discount them. Actually, many of the discounters add a surcharge to one day tickets.
