I am having a heck of a time finding out exactly where the the big character spot is at Epcot. I know it's at Innoventions, but which side? East or West? I was also wondering if the Visa Meet-n-greet location is in the same area, or some place different? (their website said it was Innoventions West, but is that where the other character location is too?)

If you are facing the fountain as you walk back into Epcot the Character Connection is on your right. It's almost in the walkway towards The Land pavillion.

The Disney Visa meet and greet is in Innovations West. (The side with the Fire Truck and the Segway display.) It has limited hours and the characters are random. When we were there, the place was empty and we got to spend some good time with Mickey and Pluto.

It's probably a good time to remind everyone that Epcot is sorta upside down, direction wise. When you enter at the main gate you're at the northern most point, looking directly south at Spaceship Earth. Hence, Innoventions WEST is to your right, not left.

I still have a hard time with this, so I thought I'd bring it up.

The VISA meet and greet is great for a private time and free picture. It is easy to find by following the signs for the Fire display. Mickey and Pluto were our characters. Just remember the limited hours. On our last visit we got there at 4:35 and they closed at 4:30, so we missed out. (Are the hours 1-4:30?)
